field&flower are a leading online food subscription business, who supply free-range, grass-fed meat and sustainably caught fish direct to consumer. The business saw an unprecedented demand for its service as the Covid-19 pandemic escalated and lockdown was introduced, driving significant volumes of customers overnight. field&flower’s business model was built for scale, and they were able to react fulfil these orders. field&flower performed a risk assessment and identified the need to invest in IT infrastructure in order to sustain the ongoing growth and provide for continuity across the business, and the need to set up infrastructure to enable staff to work efficiently from home.
Red Dragon were initially tasked with bolstering the technical platforms that sit behind the Operational fulfilment side of the business, which involved upgrading the hardware and network infrastructure. As part of a wider consultation, Red Dragon’s remit then expanded to moving the business into a cloud infrastructure and harnessing Microsoft 365 through Teams and SharePoint to provide an enterprise level platform for collaboration and file-sharing from both multiple sites and staff working from home.
Celtic Credit Union was set up to help local people - providing straightforward, affordable financial services to its members. With a dedicated Business Centre in the centre of Neath along with branches in Neath, Port Talbot and Swansea. The business had outgrown its existing IT infrastructure and identified a need for a managed service to help steer the organisation and provide a robust and secure platform from which to operate from.

This included an overhaul and adoption of an Active Directory environment coupled with Exchange Enterprise Email and Collaboration coupled with improved security and off-site backup in addition to acting as a liaison with the 3rd party vendors on their behalf.
